Pontypridd United Women are inviting applications for the position of 1st Team Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, ambitious club and play a key role in leading our senior women’s side, supporting the continued growth and development of the women’s programme at Pontypridd United.

Essential Requirements:

• UEFA A Licence (or currently working towards)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Proven ability to develop players and implement a clear game model

Desirable:

• Previous experience working within the women’s game

• Understanding of the demands of senior football in a competitive environment

Remuneration:

• Wage dependent on experience
