Pontypridd United can today confirm that First Team Manager Andrew Whittington will be departing the club as we look ahead to next season.
The club wishes to extend its sincere appreciation to Andrew for his commitment and hard work throughout his tenure. His guidance has been vital in navigating a demanding season and establishing a platform upon which the club can build.
Appointed in November 2024, Andrew ("Whitts") led the team through a competitive JD Cymru South campaign, consistently challenging near the top of the division. While the final push fell short of our ultimate goals, his leadership saw us secure a commendable fifth-place finish with a squad eager for further progress.
The board, players, staff, and the entire Pontypridd United community extend their best wishes to Andrew for his future endeavours.
Details regarding the new First Team management will be announced in due course as the club looks ahead with ambition and confidence.
